At Pilates On Point, we believe in the power of Pilates to improve overall health and wellbeing and strive to provide a safe, encouraging environment for all our clients to reach their fitness goals.
Founded in 2021 by Physio Claire, the studio (next door to our Physiotherapy Clinic) has been a space for our community to come together and experience the benefit of body - to - breath connection. Our intention is to uplift and empower people to take control of their health in a safe and educational environment and harness the strength within them.
